Project Compassion Ministries holds numerous events throughout the year for fundraising and for the benefit of the nursing home and assisted living residents that we serve.

     PCM fundraising events include a bi-annual Spring and Fall concert and an Annual PCM Golf Outing. These events help to raise funding to continue our work serving nursing home and assisted living residents with our Love Bus ministries, outings, Block Party and more.

     PCM nursing home and assisted living resident events include our Annual Block Party the first weekend in August. Held annually since 1974 on East Grand Boulevard in Detroit, this is an event many of the nursing home and assisted living residents look forward to each year. The Block Party gives these residents an opportunity to have some food, fun and fellowship in an outdoor picnic-style setting. Volunteers are always welcome to help out with these events.

     Other PCM nursing home and assisted living resident events are our Vacation Programs where residents can take a 'mini-vacation' retreat-style trip to the Lake Huron Retreat Center in Lakeport, Michigan.
